I am moving to Canada for good to a very good job from the USA. I plan to obtain a new car (immediately) and a home (after a year or two after moving) in Canada. However, my credit history is only in the USA (which has been excellent >750). So I was wondering if I start a TD account in the USA can I obtain later competitive rates at TD Canada? Does my trustworthiness transfer to TD Canada? Thanks!
