Hi we received a refund check less than $100. However it was separated by "AND" word. Can I let the other payees sign at the back of the check and deposit it myself, on my account? Or do we need to come to a local TD altogether>

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Neil. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
This check may be accepted for deposit at your nearest TD Store location, however; as you have stated that this check is made payable to two separate payees, both parties will need to be present at the time of deposit. During your visit to your nearest TD Store, you may sit and speak with a Customer Service Representative, who will be more than happy to help you in signing an Endorsement Release Form, which will allow this check to be deposited in the appropriate account.
Please also keep in mind that government or insurance checks may only be presented for payment to the person listed on the "Payable to" line of the check. For a check with two payees, these types of checks can only be deposited into a joint account naming both parties.
To find your nearest TD Store location, as well as their hours, we invite you to take a look at the link provided here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. If you have any additional questions, you may also speak with a Live Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We sincerely hope this helps, Neil, and please enjoy your weekend.
