What documentation do I need to open a new business bank account - I already have one account in my main business name (and using the FEIN). I'm told that I need documentation to show that my second business is using that FEIN as well, but the IRS does not issue any other documentation and they issue only 1 FEIN.
The bank manager is telling me that if I can't provide documentation that links the FEIN with the new business, they will have to close the business account we setup.

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps Eddie! We can help answer any questions you may have about your second business account.
The documentation for business accounts varies. When opening a new business account we require paperwork that shows the different business entities that are linked to the same EIN number. We recommend contacting a Business Specialist at 1-855-278-8988 as they can provide the information that is needed for your account type. Another option would be making an appointment with a Business Specialist at your local TD Bank. Please visit http://bit.ly/K9iZ78 to schedule the appointment.
We hope this information is useful Eddie and have a weekend!
