Good morning and thank you for visiting us on TD helps, Dustin.
We apologize for the confusion; please call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists at your earliest convenience. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your new chip cards together with you. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during normal lobby hours to have your chip cards reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
Last but not least, if you are referring to TD Visa Credit Cards, our 24/7 Credit Card Specialists can be reached at 888-561-8861.
Let us know if you have any other banking questions. Enjoy your day, Dustin.
