My 2000 Chrysler Voyager SE purchased in XXXX was paid off to my best knowledge. I could not find the tile so went to obtain a tile but was told there was a lien by Chrysler. How would I resolve this?

In reply to Tae, Lewisville
It's great to hear from you this morning, Tae, and we apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing with your lien release.
We'll be more than happy to help.
Before we begin, as you mentioned that your loan was held by Chrysler, please know that you'll want to speak with our partner, TD Auto Finance, for further assistance. While TD Bank and TD Auto Finance share the same TD shield, please understand that we are different entities.
To speak with a TD Auto Finance Specialist, you're welcome to dial 1-800-556-8172, Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm, and even Saturday, 8am to 7pm.
Just in case your loan may be held with TD Bank, and not TD Auto Finance, you may call and speak with a Specialist from our Financial Solutions Group. FSG Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-937-5020.
We hope this helps, Tae, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Enjoy the start to your Friday, and we hope you have a great holiday.
