We understand your concern, Rebecca. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
To determine if the information you have will be enough to open an account for your stepdaughter, we recommend reaching out to your local TD Store to discuss. You are able to look up their contact information here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu and savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/2dIcnAw.
If you're having trouble choosing an account, you are able to use our Checking Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/KmmHe7 and our Savings Selector here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF for a custom recommendation.
Once you've decided on an account type that you'd like to open for your stepdaughter, feel free to visit us during lobby hours to do so!
We hope this helps and have a good day.
