Thanks for stopping by and reaching out to us on TD Helps, Masami. We want to point you in the right direction.
At TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking and Savings accounts. Some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF or here to view and compare our Savings Account products, click on http://bit.ly/1g5vhXQ. We also like to invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on our current fee schedule.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. To better assist you, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you. You may also visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists if you experience any difficulties enrolling.
Once you have successfully enrolled and after you log onto your Account, to send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
We hope this helps, Masami and have a great day.
