Based on your question, it sounds like your account is either locked out of online banking or your account was sent to collections.
If your account is locked out of online banking, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562, Option 2 for TD BusinessDirect) at your earliest convenience. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to assist you in unlocking your online banking.
If your account has been closed due to an overdrawn balance, please give our Recovery Department a call Monday through Friday 8 AM -9 PM and Saturday 8 AM-5 PM at 800-742-2651. You could also visit any TD Bank during the hours specified as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
