my online access has been locked up due to a security question. I spent 2 1/2 hours in a local branch ref. this same problem last week and was advised after it was fixed. I go on line today and the same thing happened today again. I need this fixed.

The responses to your online security questions are case sensitive to how they were originally set up. When responding to those questions, always ensure your Caps Lock key is off and that you're using the proper case for your responses.
