First, please note that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. You're welcome to call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you. If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account.
