Thanks for joining us at TD Helps, James. We would be happy to answer your question.
Please kindly keep in mind, when a Checking or Money Market Account remains in overdrawn status for sixty (60) Calendar Days, or such earlier time that we determine that the overdraft balance is uncollectible, the Bank will close and place the Checking or Money Market Account in collection status. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 9-10) for additional information. We'd also like to let you know that if an account continues to be overdrawn for ten (10) consecutive business days, a sustain overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, or feel free to visit us at your nearby TD Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps James. Best wishes and have a great day!
