Welcome to TD Helps, Gregory, and happy Friday!
This is a fantastic question, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Here at TD Bank, we're generally able to provide statements to our Customers for the past 7 years. If you are looking to obtain statement copies for this time frame, even if your account has already been closed, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly, and we'll be happy to process your request for you!
You're first welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specials, who for your convenience are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To reach a Banking Specialist, simply dial 1-888-751-9000.
If you're unable to call, we understand, and would like to recommend that you then visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know that when requesting statement copies for a closed account, we ask that you have the full account number handy, as this information will be needed to fully process your request. Additionally, after your request has been processed, copies will be mailed to your address, typically within 7-10 business days.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Gregory, and please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Take care, and have a fantastic weekend!
