Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Shrimani. We'd be happy to go over how to enroll for Online Banking and check your balance!
You can check your balance anytime by using Online Banking. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number. Next, click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" page. Then select "Personal" or "Business" from the drop down box and select "Submit." You'll then be asked to accept the Online Banking Agreement. The next step will ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
After you've enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com, you may also check your balance by using TD Bank Mobile App. To download, please visit: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone for a text message of the mobile App link. Please note that the username and password that you created for use on your computer is the same username and password for the Mobile Banking App.
If you are missing one of the pieces of information necessary to enroll or you run into any problems, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store in your area during lobby hours to speak with a Representative. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
There are still options to check your balance outside of Online Banking. You may use our 24/7 Automated System to check your balance by dialing 800-937-2000, or you may speak to a live Representative by dialing the number mentioned above.
If you have an ATM/Visa Debit Card, you could also stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be fees applied; for more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Shrimani and have a great day.
