If your account is still active, we invite you to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be able to review the duplicate charge as well as go over different account options with you. If your account was already closed please contact our Recovery department at 800-742-2651, available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
If you'd still like to close your account, once the overdrawn balance has been paid you may contact us at the telephone number listed above or visit a TD Store in order to request it to be closed.
