I have used the send money function many times. I tried to do it today but I have 4 accounts on my account. The only one that is an option is my sons account, I am unable to drop down and access what used to be my primary account. How do I switch it so that I can use this account again to send money?

Hi Michael. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
As long as you have other active checking accounts that have linked active debit cards you should be able to change the primary account.
To start, log into Online Banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in select the 'Send Money' tab and choose the 'Settings' tab. When you scroll down the page, you should an option for Primary Account. Under the primary account option, click the dropdown menu to choose the account you'd like to set to primary. This is the account that will be used for all sending and receiving in Send Money. After choosing the account, be sure to click 'Save'. Then you should be all set.
If you do not find the account you'd like to use or have any difficulty at all, please don't hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this helps to correct your primary account. Enjoy the rest of your day, Michael!
