Please kindly keep in mind, if your account has been closed due to an overdrawn balance, you will need to pay off this balance first prior opening a new account. Please also note that once an account is closed, we are unable to reopen that account; however, a new account can be opened in its place.
You have a couple of options to pay any amount due. You may contact our Recovery Department to make payment arrangements; they may be reached Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm at 800-742-2651.You may also visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to make a payment.
