If you're still on vacation and are outside of the country right now, you may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your call, we can cancel your card right away and review your account to be sure all is well. If you are within the U.S., feel free to reach us at 888-751-9000, as soon as possible.
If you prefer not to call, don't worry as you'll also be able to communicate with us directly by Secure Message. If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you'll can send us a message regarding your debit card while you're logged in. Please sign in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. We'll be able to close your card once we receive your note.
Once we hear from you and we have closed your card, we can also mail a new card to you at your request, or you'll be able to stop in at any of our Stores when you get back to pick one up. Feel free to find a location nearby you at http://bit.ly/TDStores, and we can issue you one instantly during your visit.
