I need a satisfaction of mortgage and faxed my request over two weeks ago and I have received nothing. Is this something I can get from a branch?

You may send a fax to our Mortgage Release Department by using this number: 207-755-4245. Please include your full name, Social Security Number, and your signature in the request as well as your account number. Please allow 3-5 Days for this request to be processed.
You are also able to place a request for a Satisfaction of Mortgage by visiting your local TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
