We're sorry to hear that you've had an unknown transaction on your account. We'd like to take a look at it with you and advise the next step.
When an unauthorized transaction occurs on one of our Customer's accounts, a dispute is generally filed to recover lost funds. We just need to determine how the transaction was done so that we can file the correct dispute for you. We may also want to take additional steps such as closing your debit card and securing your account. Again, these steps are based upon how the transaction was completed.
