I need to transfer USD from My HSBC bank to an account at the TD Bank in Falmouth (249 Worcester court). My bank cannot associate the routing number 211370545 to the Falmouth branch address (I have three other pages of addresses linked to that number but not one in Falmouth!). I can get a number for this specific Falmouth bank which is 011305749 - is this the ABA number. Should I use this instead of the routing number? My options are currently 1. Use the routing number provided but I'll have to link it to another bank address or 2. Use the other number which the Falmouth bank has not told me to use. Either way it feels like I'm guessing at part of the transfer and than makes me uncomfortable. Can you please help?

Thanks for reaching out to us, Clare! We'd be happy to help.
Routing numbers are based upon the location where the account is opened. If you've received checks for your account, your routing number is the first set of numbers along the bottom. You can also find a list of all our routing numbers by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63.
If your account was opened anywhere in the state of Massachusetts, we can confirm that the TD Bank routing number is 211370545. If your account was originally opened elsewhere, you may want to review the list we provided in the link above.
We'd be happy to confirm your routing number information for you. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your specific account information. We ask that you please give us a call at 888-751-9000. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're also invited to stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you're attempting to complete a wire transfer, the instructions would be different. To receive an incoming domestic or international wire in US dollars, please provide your other bank the following information, which includes a special routing number specifically for wire transfers:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A Wilmington, Delaware
Credit to: Your Account Number, Your full name - exactly as we have it listed on your account, Your full address - exactly as we have it listed on your account
Please note that at this time, we cannot process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and will return them to the sender.
There may be a fee associated with receiving a wire transfer. We recommend reviewing our Personal Fee Schedule at https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
We hope that this info helps with your transfer, Clare. Have a good weekend!

Thank you but sadly it doesn't help massively.
I am in the U.K. With a U.K. Bank account.
I want to transfer in US dollars to a us bank account in MA.
I have their provided routing number.
I have their provided account number
I HAVE BEEN GIVEN:
249 Worcester court
ROUTING NUMBER 211370545
the routing number DOES NOT link to that bank address that holds the account on my banks system (HSBC).
ON MY HSBC BANK SYSTEM THEY CAN ONLY FIND
THE FOLLOWING CODE FOR THIS ABOVE BANK ADDRESS....
(NOTE:HSBC DO NOT USE SWIFT CODES FOR USA)
SO which do I chose?
Routing code 211370545
A random MA bank address just to get funds across?
The bank address given (249 Worcester ct Falmouth)
(I have also seen all your replies suggest sending to Wilmington
Branch - would this help? This has a different code again!! ).
In summary - what's more important?
Correct routing number, incorrect address?
Correct address, different routing number?
PLEASE ADVISE!!! This has taken weeks so far to sort.

Hi C. Thanks for responding!
If you're sending the wire in U.S. dollars, we recommend using the Wilmington instructions and routing number. We'll include the full address as that may help HSBC set it up. As long as you have the account number and our Customer's contact information correct, it should be properly credited to their account.
To send an international wire in US dollars to one of our Customers, please use the following information, which includes a special routing number specifically for wire transfers:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A 300 Delaware Avenue,Wilmington, Delaware 19801
Credit to: Our Customer's Account Number, Our Customer's full name - exactly as we have it listed on their account, Our Customer's full address - exactly as we have it listed on their account
We hope that this helps you to get the wire set up. If you have any further questions or difficulty, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. To reach us by phone from outside of the United States, use country code 011 and call 856-751-9000 or you may call us collect with operator assistance from a landline at 215-569-0518. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Have a great day, C!
