Trying to make transaction over phone and they are saying my bank card address does not match my current address

If you've moved and haven't yet updated your address with us, we'd be happy to give you instructions. You have several options to update your address, phone number, or email address.
The easiest method may be by doing it through your online banking. To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, select the 'Customer Service' tab and then the hyperlink for 'Contact Info'. You'll be taken to a page where you can input all of your new information. When you're done, just click 'Send' and we'll get you updated. Please know that it will take approximately 2-3 business days to be fully updated.
You can also update your address with us by phone or in person at a TD Bank Store. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you have already updated your address with us, it just may not have updated through Visa. We'd be happy to take a look. If that's the case, it should be a quick fix! Just give us a call at the number above or visit us at a local Store. As long as we already have your address on file, we'd be glad to update your address on the debit card specifically.
