My father doesn't speak English and doesn't understand American laws. I take care of his finances. This week I saw suspicious transactions on his TD Bank credit card account, I told him, but all he did is yelled at his son. his son said that he will take care of everything. Yesterday it was -$1000 and today its -$3000, and there are still pending $2800.
What should I do? My father doesn't understand that his son can get him in trouble with the law because the card is on my father's name

Good day, Tatiana and thank you for writing in today.
We understand your concern and are more than happy to speak with your father directly if he would like to discuss his TD Visa credit card account with us.

Please ask him to contact us directly 24/7 at 888-561-8861 and once he is on the phone with our Credit Card Banking Specialist, he can simply let him/her know the language of his choice, and we will get a translator on the phone for him within a few minutes.
Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
