Hi Linda. Thanks for reaching out to us.
We'd like to first express our deepest condolences for the loss of your brother. We'll do all we can to help you with his estate.
In order to have access to his accounts with us, we ask that you visit a TD Bank Store with the Death Certificate and the paperwork naming you as executor. To be named executor without a will, we recommend reaching out to the surrogate or probate court of the county where your brother resided. They should be able to walk you through that process.
Once you've been provided your Executor paperwork, stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store. It's not required that you visit one in Pennsylvania. One near you in Delaware is perfectly fine. To find a nearby Store, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 888-751-9000. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist.
Take care, Linda.
