Dear Sir or Madam
I am AMIR that have credit card by number of XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I selected preauthorization for credit card payment. Unfortunately despite of enough credit in my account no removal occurred. I am not in Canada now and when I have been informed about card blocking, I could not pay the money online because the card has disabled. Please guide me to solve the problem as soon as possible. The point is that I am in Iran now and I could not call TD because of some political conflicts between countries. I am waiting for your help.
