I open an account in 2011 in Stowe, Vermont. Then I moved to Peru so I changed my location and Ive been using my card here in Peru. Now my card has expired in 2014 and I cant use it anymore.. What can I do? Or how to get a new one if there is no TD bank in Peru?

Thank you for coming to TD Helps, R. We're glad to help provide you with options on having a new Debit Card mailed out to you.
As your card has expired and if you've updated your mailing address to your Peru address with us, you are welcome to connect with us directly. To connect with us while you're in Peru or anywhere outside of the US, you may reach us at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line). Once connected and after account verification, we'd be happy to help with your request.
If you utilize TD Online Banking, you have the option of sending us a secure message via your TD Bank Online. Please log onto your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
If you are able to access a fax, you can send us a written request for a new TD Debit Card to your Peru address. Please be sure to include your name, account number, your address and please be sure to sign your request and fax it to our Fulfillment team at 856-533-1138.
You should than expect to receive your TD Debit Card via mail, in a regular white envelope, within 7-10 business days. Please note, as you are currently in Peru, delays may occur.
