To have a new TD Debit card be mailed to your current location that is different from your home mailing address that we have on file, we ask that you send us a secure message via Online Banking to request a new card. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/debit card. You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists who can enroll you for Online Banking. To connect with us from outside the US, please dial (856)-751-9000. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518.
To send a secure message, please select the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. In your message please include the following statment: I take full responsibility for card being sent to this alternate address.
Additionally, if you have access to a fax machine, you may also fax a Letter of Responsibility (LOR) to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138 to have a new card mailed. Email or Fax must include:
-Your first and last name
-Account Number, card number or social security number
-Address card is going to
-Statement: I take full responsibility for card being sent to this alternate address
-Delivery Type – Expedited or Emergency Overnighted
-Signature and date
You should expect to receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the post office. Please note, longer delays may occur as your new TD Debit card is being mailed to a location outside of the US.
