I did register and activate my card but it's still not makeing purchases.
No matter how many times i look over my info and try to activate it or
register it again. what do I do?

Please note that in order to use our gift cards online or with mail or telephone sellers, it is necessary to register the card so that merchants can confirm your identity and allow the purchase to be completed.
