We are sorry to hear about your experience with your card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction for assistance.
If this is in regards to your TD Bank Debit Card, we'd like to let you know that for the protection of your TD Bank account, your Debit Card has a daily limit placed on it. For information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 43 & 44).
If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options on how to request an increase. You can call us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist you with this request.
You can also send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to out Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138 and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
Lastly, you may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day of the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
However, if your large purchase is within your daily limit, we would need to review this further with you. To best address your concerns, we ask that you connect with us directly at 888-751-9000.
