my card was falsely charged from a deactivated apple account. I talked with apple support and they said to contact my bank.

We're here to help, Kiyalynn!
We're very sorry to hear what's happened and we'd like to direct you in getting this resolved.
First, if you haven't done so already, we recommend confirming that your Apple account has now been fully deactivated so that no further charges will be put through. We'll then want to dispute this unauthorized charge and any others, if they exist, as well as close the debit card linked to your Apple account.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to file the dispute for you, but please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We'll access your account to close the debit card and start the dispute process with you. A replacement debit card can be issued on the spot at any of our Stores or one can be mailed to you. Just let us know how you'd like to proceed when you speak with us.
We hope to hear from you soon so that we can resolve this right away. Take care, Kiyalynn.
