I initiated my cash rewards to be applied to my checking account via direct deposit two days ago. I do not see the funds in my checking account, but the points have been pulled from my TD cash rewards platform. Is something wrong? Did it go into the wrong account?

Depending on the type of TD Visa Credit Card you have, the time frame in which the credit will be applied may vary. For example, with the TD Cash Rewards Credit Card, it may take 1-2 business days for the statement credit to be completed. Whereas with the Easy Rewards Credit Card, the credit will be applied to your Checking or Savings account within 3-5 business days. Please note as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we are unable to access your personal account information to view this information directly.
