As only the front copy of your cancelled checks are available online, we welcome you to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives anytime 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a front and back copy of the check to be mailed to you. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be happy help!
You may also send us a Secure Message with your request. To send a secure message, please log in to your personal Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Once we receive your check copy request, we will mail the check images to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your post office.
