Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Rose. We'd be glad to discuss minimum balance requirements with you!
Some of our accounts require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If your account falls below the required minimum, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
Keep in mind that each account has its own requirement. We recommend taking a look at our checking accounts here: http://go.td.com/1oXjGgF and our savings accounts here: http://go.td.com/1hzzhPT to review your specific account type. Please note balance requirements apply to each account individually unless otherwise noted with "combined minimum daily balance."
If you still have questions about your account, we encourage you to reach out to a Specialist directly! You are able to do so 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit us at any TD Store or send a secure message via Online Banking.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Rose, and have a good day.
