We appreciate you coming to TD Helps with your inquiry Willie. We would be happy to help answer your question.
If you are able to view your Savings account via your TD Online Banking, this means that your account is still active. Therefore, you can still make deposits into your account.
Additionally, you mentioned that your Checking account may have been closed due to an overdrawn balance. If you are unsure of the status of your Checking account or need further information, please contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, or visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you do call us, after we verified you and your current Savings account, we would be happy to help provide any information and answer any additional questions you may have.
If by chance the account was closed due to a negative balance and you wish to rectify the account balance, you may connect with our Recovery Team at 800-742-2651, available Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM – 9:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM – 5:00PM and closed Sundays.
We hope this helps Willie. Please enjoy your day and let us know if you have any other questions.
