I went over my checking account balance, unbeknownst to me after I paid a bill online that I thought I had enough in my account to cover. Now I am only working part time, being paid cash, living week to week. Once my financial situation becomes stable, I plan to get my account back to good standing (when I get a full time job or if I start getting more hours at my current job). But I was issued a refund check from UPS for damaging my shipment, and I need that money to refund my customer. Can I still cash the check?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Greg. We'd be glad to help.
We'd like to let you know that if the check you have is drawn on TD Bank, you may be able to cash it when you visit us at a Store. If the check is not drawn on TD, you may cash a check with us as long as you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the check. If not, it would be necessary to deposit the item and access the funds once the check has been made available for withdrawal.
We encourage you to stop in at your local TD Bank Store to determine how you may negotiate this item. Feel free to find a listing of our Stores right here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have questions regarding this, please reach us anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Greg and have a great day.
