It clearly says that I have a Convenience checking account and that this account type has balance minimum of $100.

We do apologize for any confusion or error on your account, we understand that this can be frustrating. Hopefully we have some information you can use here.
First, please note that on some of our Checking accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. Please keep in mind that the required balance must be met on each day in the statement cycle to prevent the fee from occurring. If your account does fall below the required minimum balance on one or more days, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of the statement cycle.
TD Helps is a public forum and we're not able to access your banking info to see what's happened here. Since this is the case, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Representative would be happy to review your account with you and determine why the fee was assessed.
