Based on your question, it sounds as though an account of yours isn't being displayed using your Online or Mobile Banking. Don't worry! You are able to connect with a Specialist in a variety of ways to have your account updated.
First, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. A Banking Specialist will be glad to add an account to your online profile after verifying your account information!
You can also connect with a Specialist while signed in to your online account by sending a secure message. You can send a message to us by selecting 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page or select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in using your Mobile Banking App.
