Agreeement permits members to act, even by written consent upon approval of 51% of the members. Will a company resolution reciting this fact be sufficient. my llc is managed by members. members can act as long as 51% of members approval in meeting or by written consent. member needs to open company account. member holds 51%
bank said all members must consent. this is contrary to and in contravention of our operating agreement.

Any individual who is going to be an authorized signer on a business account must be present during account opening as there are documents we need to verify and the potential account holders will need to sign.
