have been verified and there is no debit block on the account. Who can I talk to to determine the techincal issue and how to resolve it? My company is trying to complete a customer initiated ACH debit payement through TD bank yet it keeps getting rejected. All account numbers have been verified and there is no debit block on the account. Who can I talk to to determine the techincal issue and how to resolve it?

After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be glad to confer with our ACH Department to find a resolution to your concerns. Please know that our ACH Department is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
