The funds from your direct deposit are made available to you on the date designated by your employer. These deposits are processed during our overnight process, generally between the hours of 11 PM and 6 AM and will become available for use once the process completes. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.

Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information since TD Helps is considered an unsecured site.

Hey my employer is entering my account & routing number for my direct deposit it is 2/2/2016 and I get paid on 2/4/2016 will it go through and be depoisted in my account?

As you've mentioned you just started your direct deposit with your employer, please keep in mind that direct deposits generally take 1-2 payment cycles to begin. Usually, employers will test the account first with a zero dollar deposit to make sure all your account information is correct.
If you need further assistance or have any other questions, you're welcome to give a Customer Service Representative a call at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialist can contact our ACH Department for more information on your direct deposit. Please keep in mind, our ACH Department is open Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. In either instance, we recommend contacting your payroll department for information on the status of your deposit and to ensure it was paid to you as expected.
