Good afternoon, Kiersten.
It's great to hear from you today.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though your TD Bank Credit Card held a zero dollar balance, and a credit was applied. If this is the case, please don’t worry, as we're here to help!
In the event that an over payment has been made, and you have a deposit account with TD Bank, such as a Checking or Savings account, you're welcome to connect with one of our Credit Card Specialists. By doing so, they'll be more than happy to ensure that these funds are successfully transferred to your account so that your credit card may reflect a zero dollar balance again.
In the event that you do not have a deposit account with TD Bank, you're still welcome to connect with a Specialist at the number above so that they may issue you a check for your over payment. Generally, checks are mailed to the address we have on record.
We hope this provides you with some peace of mind, and we look forward to assisting you soon, Kiersten.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a happy new year!
