It's quite possible that your credit card is blocked due to not having travel notes placed on your account. If you have placed travels notes and transactions are still blocked, we advise you to contact our 24/7 Credit Card Specialists at 1-706-644-3266 via collect. Once our Specialists verify your account information they'll be able to pin point why your card is being blocked.
If you are referring to your debit card, please give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. After reaching out to our Specialists and also after they verify your account information, they be able to figure out why the card is blocked. While you are on the phone with a Specialist, they can place travel notification on your accounts. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message.
