All TD Bank 1099-INT forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015. Please know that these forms were only sent out for Customers who earned at least $10.00 or more in interest for the previous year on their deposit accounts.
If your father received total $10.00 or more in interest last year, we ask him to reach out to us directly to request a copy of his 1099-INT form and if it is needed, we can help him to update his address also. He may contact us by calling our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 or visiting his local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if he is currently enrolled for Online Banking, he may send a Secure Message to us for this request using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message he must first log in to his TD Bank Online profile. He can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, he should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If he has not enrolled, he may call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists for immediate assistance.
