because we no longer speak and I no longer live at home. Is there any way for me to get my savings without needing him? My dad is the custodian to my savings account at TD Bank. I am now 18 years old and my father I do not have any contact because we are no longer on speaking terms and I no longer live at home. Is there any way for me to get my savings without needing him?

Welcome to TD Helps, Taylor.
Typically, with a Young Saver's account the Custodian on the account only has access to the funds. If you are of legal age, you and your father both may visit us at a TD Store to close the account and disperse the funds as necessary. You would then be able to transfer the funds into a new account that you would have full access to. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Here's a link our Personal Deposit Account Agreement for you to view for more specific information about our account terms:http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. You may locate the information that answers your question in great details on page 17.
Feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance with any additional account inquiries you may have.
Thanks for stopping by, Taylor.
