My dad has an account with Bank of America and transferred some money to my TD Bank account as he has done a number of times before. This time he received confirmation that it went through, was charged the amount and a fee, but I haven't received any money or any confirmation that I am supposed to be getting any money. His bank says that I should have received the money yesterday and we double checked that he had the correct account number (again, we've done this before so there is no reason it shouldn't be working). Any help/answers you can provide would be great as I need this money urgently.

Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Avery.
Typically, depending on what type of transfer your dad initiated, it could take up to 3-5 business days to receive the funds. We recommend reaching out to your dad directly for this information; he may also wish to reach out to his financial institution to find out the status of this transfer since he is the originator of the transaction.
Please note; if your account information was not provided correctly by your dad to his financial institution, we may not be able to credit the funds to your account or notify you.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you to provide you with additional information. Please note that we do not have access to your personal account since this is considered an unsecured forum. We ask that you call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you. Additionally, you may visit any TD Bank Store to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
