Hi Juan! Thanks for coming to TD Helps with a great question.
If the savings account is set up as a custodial account, you daughter would be listed as the minor, regardless of age. With that type of titling, we would not be able to provide her any funds or account information, including the statement.
If you have online access to your savings account, you should be able to access and print your statement from home. To do this, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, select your savings account and then click the 'Statements & Notices' tab. At the bottom of the screen you should see all available statements for 2017. If you need an older statement, select the year from the drop down and those statements will populate. You should have access to up to 7 years of statements online.
If you'd ever like to allow your daughter joint access to this account, stop in to see us at any of our Stores. We can close out the current account and open a new one that has both of you listed as joint signers. Please be sure that your daughter comes with you so that we can have both of you sign a signature card. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Have a great day, Juan!
