We appreciate your visit, Joseline. We'd be happy to help.
If you are a joint owner on your daughter's account and you are unable to view this account via your Online Banking, we invite you to connect with our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can provide the assistance that you need. Once your account information is verified, our Specialists can make the account viewable.
Another option would be sending us a secured message through online banking. To send a secured message, please log into your account and select Send a secured message underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
You are more than welcome to stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours, if you prefer. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
However, if you are this account is not a joint account you share with your daughter, we apologize as we would not be able to make this account viewable for you via your TD Online banking. Please understand, for the security of our Customer's account, only authorized signers have access to the account which includes Online Banking.
We hope this helps, Joseline. Have a good one and let us know if you have any other questions.
