Thanks for joining us at TD Helps, Joanne. You can certainly deposit funds into your daughter's TD Account and we'd be happy to go over the options on how to make a deposit.
You may visit us at any of our local TD Bank Store locations. A nearby location can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. For this option, all you need to provide is her account number and full name.
If you are a TD Customer and have a TD Bank account with Online Banking, you may use our Person-To-Person Payment feature to transfer funds into your daughter's account. Once you have logged into your Online Banking from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature (The “Person-to-Person” tab should show at the top of your page after logging into your TD Bank Online Banking. As long as you have a US address on file, you should be able to send funds using this option to another US account). You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and the email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete, you’ll be ready to send the payment which the other person will receive in one business day or three business days as per your selection.
We'd also like to let you know that there are limits and fees when using the Person to Person feature. For the information on the payment methods and amounts, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (Pg 3. section1.16). For an outline of our fees and fee schedules, please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you do not have an account with TD and are unable to visit us to make a deposit, you may wish to visit your Financial Institution to complete a wire transfer into your daughter's account. When sending a domestic wire transfer, please provide the following to your Financial Institution:
Wire to: TD Bank
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Credit to: Customer's Name & Account#
Please note that at this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender.
We hope the information provided helps and please let us know if you need anything else. Have a great day!
