My daughters car was financed thru your bank and was totaled for some reason the gap insurance she purchased at the time did not pay off the difference in what she owed and the cars worth she has a outstanding balance and needs some information . She is in Okinawa Japan how can she contact your bank ?

We understand your concern, Mark and we'd be glad to help your daughter connect with us.
If your daughter has her loan with TD Bank, she is able to connect with us 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once she is connected with a Specialist, they will be sure to connect her with the appropriate department.
If your daughter is enrolled in Online Banking, she is also able to send us a secure message for assistance. To send a secure message she must first logon to her TD Bank online profile. She can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, there should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If your daughter has her loan with TD Auto Finance, she may contact them Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 1-800-556-8172. She is also able to view their web page here: http://go.td.com/1iLMc9l.
