Thanks for getting in touch with us through TD Helps, Milena. We're sorry to hear that your daughter has lost her TD Bank Debit Card and we are happy to help with information on how to contact us from overseas.
We recommend having her contact us at our local phone number 1-856-751-9000. She can contact us at that number 24/7, and please keep in mind that international phone charges may apply if she contacts us at our local number.
If she has access to a landline in Istanbul, she can also reach us 24/7 by calling collect with Operator assistance. Just have her ask the Operator to dial us at 1-215-569-0518 and we will gladly accept the call to help! Once we speak, one of our Banking Specialists can close her card and even provide options on how to receive a new one.
Another way she can contact us to close her debit card is by reaching out to us through a Secure Message. If she has already enrolled for Online Banking with us, she can access her online profile by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, she can see an option to "Send a secure message" located under the “Message Center.” We'll respond back within 24-48 hours to confirm it's been closed.
