We're sorry to hear about your daughter's card, Benita. We'd be glad to help her with the next steps.
To best assist your daughter, we recommend that she contacts us directly so we may close her card and issue a new one.
She can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak to a Banking Specialist or visit a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if she is enrolled for online access, she can send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
Keep in mind that cards requested via secure message and over the phone may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
